Buddy

My name is Buddy, which means “a friend” in English. I am a mix of Toy Poodle and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I have a snowy coat with a brown spot around my right eye. There’s even an emoji with my face! 🐶🐶

My parents work hard and sometimes they feel tired and nervous. So, I decided that my mission is to react when they are nervous and help them relax. I am responsible for keeping my family calm! I love to rest my head on someone, especially if they’re feeling sad. My mom even obtained a PhD in Clinical Psychology to learn how to cope with bad states of mind. But she says the best medicine for her is having me. 😊

In my almost three years of life, I’ve accomplished a lot. I’ve lived in Russia and Cyprus. I’ve traveled to Hungary, France, Austria, and the Czech Republic. I hope I have many more travels ahead.
I learned to swim from scratch and now I enjoy swimming in the sea. My parents have taken me to the mountains, where we hiked for hours. I even tried truffle hunting! We went to a real zoo in the Czech Republic, where I saw big cats. 🐅

Once, I rescued a swift (a small bird) that had accidentally flown into our yard. It had an injured wing and couldn’t fly. I was the first to see the bird and quickly called my parents. Together, we helped the bird recover. Now, it soars through the sky again.
I love to eat, and my parents often take me to restaurants. I really appreciate it when they offer me a bowl of water. I’m not picky with food and enjoy eating everything except greens. I happily eat broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini.
