About Me:

Education & Training

My name is Wallace, and I am a beautiful Labrador mix. I spent the first two years of my life in a shelter, partly in Hungary and then in Switzerland. Thankfully, a Hungarian mother and daughter came to visit me in Switzerland, and it was love at first sight! A week later, I was in the mountains with my first family.

I quickly became house-rules, went to dog school, learned to travel by train and bus, got used to elevators, and even though I was scared at first, I learned to walk down stairs. I also made some dog friends and love playing with them.
Winters are long where we live. We can still go out even when it’s slippery and snowy because I listen to my mom—we look out for each other. We don’t lose our daily routine because I need to go for walks, and exercise is important! There’s no time for depression!

I’m never alone because my owner is retired, so we can go on lots of trips together, but crowded places often cause me stress. After a long trip, a nice lady named Ágota started working with me to teach me how to become a smarter dog and help my mom. There was lots of training, which was exciting, and I got lots of treats for it—which is why I learned everything, of course. Then I took a test and got a beautiful harness.

They often tell me how talented I am and how proud they are of me.
Now we can go anywhere together and truly enjoy our life together.
